Job Title: Junior Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of cottages in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have basic civil construction knowledge, experience in site supervision, and the ability to manage on-site teams. Candidates living in or near Mukteshwar will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the cottage project site.
- Monitor work quality and ensure construction is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage on-site labour and contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.
- Track material usage and report site progress to the management.
- Maintain safety and discipline at the construction site.
- Resolve basic on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Freshers with at least 1 year of relevant internship or practical site experience may also apply.
- Experience in team handling and supervising construction work is required.
- Knowledge of residential/building construction is preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Mukteshwar will be given preference.

Job Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
