About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent written English to handle customer communication across email, chat, and social platforms. This is a strictly in-office role and ideal for someone who can write clearly, professionally, and confidently.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media
- Handle order-related questions, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain a polite, brand-appropriate tone in all written communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) to resolve issues
- Update customer details, tickets, and notes accurately in CRM systems
- Ensure quick turnaround time and high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written English is mandatory (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using tools like email & Whatsapp
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
