With a fast-growing digital presence and strong credibility in the market, we are looking for an experienced HR & Business Consultant to strengthen our workforce and contribute to business expansion.
HR Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Business Consultant Responsibilities
- Identify and convert potential leads into paying clients.
- Present MYFINTAX services (GST, ITR, Company Registration, Startup India, Trademark Registration, and other compliance services) with confidence.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and closures.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial and legal solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Contribute to revenue growth and business expansion initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
