Senior Finance Manager – Hospital/Healthcare
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance)
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, taxation, audits, cash flow management, and hospital revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hospital finance and accounting operations.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Handle internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance.
Coordinate with management for strategic financial planning.
Supervise the finance and accounts team.
Experience in hospital billing, insurance/TPA, and healthcare finance will be preferred.
Requirements:
CA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
