Cogniter Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a rewarding career in business development, client acquisition, and IT sales.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
Research and qualify prospective clients through online research, cold emailing, networking, and outbound outreach.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
Execute email campaigns, conduct follow-ups, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Assist in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
Good knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Familiarity with CRM software and professional email communication is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Internship, freelance, or prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support.
Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Understanding of lead generation strategies and international sales processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools will be an added advantage.
