About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Design and deliver HR-related training programs.
- Assess training needs and develop learning materials.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and skill-development sessions.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify development opportunities.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Certification in training or HR is an advantage.
