We are hiring a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing real estate development team. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, practical space planning skills, and experience handling residential or commercial interior projects from concept to execution, we’d love to connect with you.
Experience Required:
6–10 years of relevant experience in interior design projects
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, and material selection proposals
- Create detailed working drawings, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and 3D designs
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Supervise interior execution work at project sites
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and budget compliance
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements
- Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution-related issues
- Review BOQs, vendor quotations, and specifications
- Incorporate client requirements and design modifications when needed
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of interior design and space planning
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design
- Experience in site execution and project coordination
- Familiarity with residential and commercial interior standards

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Candidates with experience in:
