Job Description: Billing Engineer (Facade & Construction)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Engineer with a strong background in Accounts/Finance to join our construction and facade engineering team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our site operations and financial management. You will be responsible for measurement verification, quantity take-offs, client and subcontractor billing, and strict cost control, ensuring all facade project financials are accurate, compliant, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Quantity Surveying
Prepare, submit, and track Monthly Progress Bills (RA Bills) for ongoing facade projects based on site measurements and joint measurement records (JMR).
Scrutinize, verify, and process subcontractor and vendor invoices against actual work executed on-site.
2. Financial & Accounts Integration
Reconcile site measurements and material consumption with the book of accounts and ERP systems.
Manage client and vendor ledgers, tracking outstanding retention money, advances, and final settlements.
Collaborate closely with the central Accounts & Finance team to ensure smooth cash flow management, timely tax compliance (GST/VAT withholding), and accurate financial reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related financial field. Candidates with a dual qualification or certification in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management will be highly preferred.
Experience: 3 years of proven experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor, specifically within the Facade, Fenestration, or Main Contracting construction industry.
Technical Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of facade materials, systems, and installation processes.
Software Proficiency:
o Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
o Hands-on experience with ERP software SAP, Tally

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
