Role & responsibilities
- Customize, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of Zoho CRM features and functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest Zoho CRM features, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and reports.
- Understanding of CRM principles and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Zoho CRM certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer, Zoho Certified Administrator) are a plus.
