Your goal is to provide seamless support while identifying opportunities to further assist our clients in their digital marketing journey.
Detailed Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of professional communication for all client queries and concerns.
- Sales & Marketing Interest: Apply your interest in marketing to explain our agency’s "paths" (SEO, social media, and Content) to clients clearly and enthusiastically.
- Inquiry Management: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring every lead is captured and redirected to the right department.
- Coordination: Work closely with the HR and Department Leads to ensure client feedback is used to improve our internal service standards.
- Reporting: Assist in maintaining client interaction logs to track satisfaction levels and common pain points.
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Tamil.
- Marketing Passion: A genuine interest in learning and discussing digital marketing and sales strategies.
- People Skills: High emotional intelligence to handle client concerns calmly and professionally.
- Location: Full-time on-site at our Madurai office.
