Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings through virtual platforms to understand business requirements.
- Analyze client needs and define the project scope.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Business Proposals
- Requirement Specification Documents
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
- Lead and support a team of 4–5 members by providing guidance and resolving project-related queries.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals received through bidding portals and social media platforms.
- Possess a strong understanding of website and mobile application development concepts.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline while tracking opportunities against business goals.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) from various tender portals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
