- Handle customer inquiries through calls and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide proper information
- Coordinate appointments with customers and advisors
- Maintain customer database and daily reports
- Follow company process and communication standards
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
