Job Description
SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will act as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer service and timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff.
- Keep customers updated on service progress.
- Promote value-added services and accessories.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after service completion.
Requirements
- Diploma/Graduate in Automobile.
- Experience in automobile service advisory preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
