HauteBlack is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Store Assistant to manage daily store operations, assist customers, handle billing, and contribute to store sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fashion and customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apparel and fashion products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Generate customer bills accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain proper billing records and daily sales reports.
- Ensure accuracy in cash reconciliation at the end of the day.
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Arrange products, display merchandise, and ensure proper stock presentation.
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory management.
- Report low-stock items and coordinate replenishment.
Guest Handling
- Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback politely.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Inventory Management
- Assist in stock audits and inventory checks.
- Monitor product movement and prevent stock loss.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in retail, apparel, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
Salary
- Negotiable based on experience and performance.
