Job Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our interior design team. As a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the design team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, prospects, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, and other platforms, responding to inquiries and guiding clients through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, project details, and sales data in CRM systems.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations, including follow-ups and reminders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations to effectively communicate value to clients.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a client-facing role (preferably in interiors, real estate, or related industry)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and confidentiality
- Graduation is required; degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
