Need a Graduate person with 7 to 12 years of experience in office administration.
Key responsibilities related to supervision and execution of following activities:
1. Maintenance of office buildings (Fire, Electrical, plumbing, AC, Diesel Generator, Lift, water purifier, water tank)
2. Compulsory : Must have Purchase/procurement experience involving negotiation, purchase and documentation of high value transactions (stationery, electrical items, housekeeping materials, computers, vehicles, pantry items, lap tops, air conditioners , vehicles etc)
3. Courier service
4. Housekeeping activities
5. Government department services and liasoning (MSEB, Shops and Establishment, MIDC etc)
6. Travel and hotel bookings for employees, guests
7. Company Vehicles management (pick and drop facility management, fuel, driver duties, repairs and maintenance, insurance, traffic compliance related, RTO activities etc)
8. Making arrangements for company events
9. Office physical Security management (security guards, roster planning)
10. Facility management : (rental activities, Agreement finalisation, renewals. mobile hand set, recharge etc)
11. Departmental documentation and reports (Expense vouchers, attendance, MIS reports etc)
12. Any other responsibility assigned by superior
