About the Role
We are seeking a Resident Firewall Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT and OT firewall infrastructure. The role involves firewall administration, policy management, incident handling, security monitoring, VPN support, and coordination with internal teams and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain IT & OT firewalls.
· Implement firewall rule changes, NAT policies, and access controls.
· Monitor firewall health, logs, alerts, and security events.
· Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate incident resolution.
· Support VPN operations and secure remote access.
· Execute firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration backups.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and OEM/vendor support teams.
· Maintain operational documentation, reports, and change records.
Required Skills:
· Hands-on experience with FortiGate or similar NGFW platforms.
· Strong understanding of Firewall Policies, NAT, VPNs, Routing, and Network Security.
· Knowledge of OT/ICS security concepts, network segmentation, and DMZ architecture.
· Experience in incident management and change management processes
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
· Fortinet NSE/FCP/FCE
· CCNA/CCNP Security
Cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
