We are looking for a tech-driven professional to take full ownership of our internal business systems and digital presence. This is an active, technical role. You will manage our customized billing software, oversee business automation systems, and execute our Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies from our Mysuru office.Key Responsibilities:
- System & Automation Admin: Manage, update, and troubleshoot our customized in-house billing software and business automation workflows.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan, execute, and track paid and organic marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate database entries, generate weekly performance reports, and fix automation errors.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, or tech-heavy digital marketing.
- Software Handling: Proven experience managing custom ERPs, CRM systems, billing software, or database tools.
- SMM Execution: Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, platform algorithms, and lead generation.
- Location: Must be residing in or ready to commute daily to our office in Mysuru.
