· Budgeting Headcount requirement as per business forecasts.
· Job grading for new positions, Planning & execution of hiring in line with budget forecasts.
· Hands on experience in handling recruitment both White & Blue collar employee’s department head level positions.
· Map the present Competency, Skill gap analysis, Identify Training requirements of employees for upgrading Technical, Managerial, soft skills and confidence building.
· Arranging specialized training and development programmes like Interpersonal Relations, Safety awareness and Team Building Leadership Development through consultants and Trainers.
· Preparation of training budget.
· Conduct wage / salary survey, workout remuneration packages for newly hired employees and implement revision for existing employees as per company’s remuneration policy.
· Daily monitor Time office activity for all employees
· Monitor payroll systems for all employees and carryout workmen compensation and other employee related insurance on mediclaim etc )
· Implemented various HR Policies, Processes, SOP and Systems & Guidelines.
· Hands on experience in implementing & improvising employee, employer cordial industrial relations for non-unionized work atmosphere.
· Competent to handle the Industrial Relations, Disciplinary matters with Union members and ensure cordial Industrial Relations.
· Initiated and Conducting Domestic Enquiries as a management representative.
· Liaison with Inspector of Factories, Labour Dept., Local panchayat, police dept., Pollution control board, Regional PF & ESI office & Govt. authorities.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
