About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, photographers, editors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with B2B clients to understand project requirements and execution timelines.
- Schedule and assign photographers, videographers, and other resources for client shoots.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Handle client queries, updates, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain project records, reports, and operational data.
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure timely delivery of final content.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with the sales team for project handovers and execution.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Client Coordination, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
