We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Store Executive to join our team. This dual-role position requires a candidate who can seamlessly balance office administration with the careful management of our physical inventory and supplies.
The ideal candidate is who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and ensures that both the office and the store operate like a well-oiled machine.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration/Any Graduate/Relevant experience
Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
Location: Influx Big Data Solutions Pvt Ltd, Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
Salary: At par in the industry
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office related work.
- Carries out administrative duties.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organisation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Analysing Financial Data by being able to prepare/validate financial statements.
- Proficiency in computerised cloud CRM packages example, Zoho books/People etc
- Updating Store information.
- Maintaining the records of Income & Expenditure.
- Generation of cash-flow and funds-flow statements.
- Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority.
- Assist the Admin department in their daily tasks.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, handle petty cash, and assist in basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
- Ensure office policies are followed and health and safety standards are met.
2. Store & Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels for office supplies, pantry items, and technical equipment/raw materials.
- Supervise the receipt of goods, verify delivery notes against purchase orders, and manage the dispatch of items.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory ledger or database (Stock In/Stock Out).
- Identify low-stock items and coordinate with the procurement department or vendors to restock efficiently.
- Ensure the storeroom is clean, categorized, and easily accessible to prevent loss or damage.
