Position: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head – Project Automation
Location: Vadodara (Responsible for Gujarat Region)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma
Experience: 7–10 years in Process Instrument Sales or Process Automation Sales
Salary: As per last hike
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients, ensuring maximum business potential in the assigned region.

Promote and present automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.

Conduct cold calls and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Lead negotiations, order closures, and ensure payment follow-ups.

Responsible for overall sales and marketing activities in the Gujarat region.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and networking.

Familiarity with field instruments such as TT, LT, FT, PT, etc.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Exposure to Rockwell systems will be considered an added advantage.

Experience in handling clients in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, and Packaging domains will be preferred.
