PAL Physiotherapy, one of Gurugram's leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation organizations, is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Clinic Operations Manager to lead our clinic operations and support our continued growth.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations.
✅ Manage administration, HR, attendance, and staff scheduling.
✅ Coordinate the Home Physiotherapy Team and daily operations.
✅ Ensure an excellent patient experience and smooth front-office operations.
✅ Monitor SOP compliance, inventory, billing, and operational efficiency.
✅ Prepare MIS reports and drive team productivity and business growth.
Eligibility
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred).
✔ 3–5 years of experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare operations.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and operational reporting.
✔ High integrity, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
