Accountant – MIS, GST & TDS

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 6+ years of experience in accounting, MIS, GST, and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and preparation of financial and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management reports.
- Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and statutory purposes.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, MIS, GST, and TDS.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS rules and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
