We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, construction plans, and technical documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Prepare working drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in project planning and design development.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.Arch in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman in a construction or architectural firm.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
