Job Summary
True Verification Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead operations and ensure seamless execution of background verification projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent client management skills, and in-depth knowledge of operational processes.
The role involves overseeing teams, managing client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, monitoring quality standards, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
- Supervise team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure timely completion of verification cases within defined SLAs.
- Manage client relationships and address escalations effectively.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times.
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
