- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials .
- Conduct in-process inspection at various manufacturing stages to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and test data.
- Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for production and inspection equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments.
- Record and track downtime and preventive maintenance data for continual improvement.
- Support in development of process parameters, trial runs, and validation during new product development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase) to ensure a smooth development process.
- Maintain a workplace organized through 5S activities in inspection and production areas.
- Oversee training of workers, Identify training need from H.O.D’s, Create training plan & organise training. Evaluate training & check effectiveness of the training & Update skill matrix.
- Ensure adequate skills & availability of workers at each work station.
Preferred Experience:
- Min. 3 years in an engineering role in a manufacturing or industrial company
- Close familiarity with quality tools is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
