Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality Assurance to lead and manage Quality Assurance activities at our Kohara plant. The role will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), quality documentation, testing accuracy, certifications, SOPs and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely testing of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Finished Products.
- Prepare and update SOPs, testing protocols, specifications and COA.
- Coordinate internal/external audits, certifications and closure of non-conformances.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Lead, train and monitor the QA/QC team.
- Maintain accurate quality records and MIS reporting.
Requirements
- M.Sc. Chemistry / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
- Experience in Chemical / Specialty Chemical / Pharma industry preferred.
- Knowledge of QMS, SOPs, testing protocols, audits and quality documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
