- Monitor live CCTV footage continuously and ensure complete surveillance coverage of the premises.
- Identify and immediately report suspicious activities, safety concerns, misconduct, theft, or security breaches to the reporting manager.
- Maintain an Incident Register detailing any unusual occurrences, accidents, guest complaints, or policy violations.
- Monitor guest movement and crowd management during peak hours, events, and promotional activities.
- Report operational issues observed through CCTV, including staff negligence, unsafe practices, or equipment misuse.
- Assist management by retrieving and reviewing CCTV footage whenever required for investigations or audits.
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and immediately report any technical faults, camera outages, or recording failures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all CCTV footage and company information.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Security teams during emergencies and assist in incident response.
- Ensure no unauthorized person accesses CCTV systems or surveillance footage.
- Submit daily surveillance reports highlighting incidents, observations, and escalations.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data confidentiality and workplace conduct standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
