Scarmel is a growing technology and digital solutions company specializing in website development, digital marketing, branding, software solutions, and business growth services. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- Hybrid Work Model (Remote + Office Attendance as Required)
- Some on-site work required at our Madiwala, Bengaluru office for meetings, training sessions, and client interactions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Madiwala, Bengaluru, Karnataka
