About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive Trainee who is eager to learn and build a career in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of content creation, social media marketing, video editing, graphic design, and digital advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Create social media posts, banners, flyers, and marketing creatives.
- Edit photos and images using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Design promotional materials for online and offline campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing presentations and branding materials.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
- Create reels, shorts, and promotional videos for marketing campaigns.
- Add basic transitions, effects, captions, and audio enhancements.
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Monitor engagement and respond to basic audience interactions.
- Assist in growing social media presence and brand awareness.
Digital Advertising
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Learn audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
SEO, AEO & GEO Optimization
- Assist in implementing basic SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Learn and support:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Monitor website performance and search rankings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Basic to Intermediate skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing knowledge using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and keyword research.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn new marketing technologies and trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Portfolio of social media creatives, videos, or design work is preferred.
