Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for contract positions
- Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Negotiate rates and terms with consultants
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth understanding of the IT industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
