- Conduct career counselling sessions to guide students on career pathways, job opportunities, and skill development.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with corporates, industries, retail chains, hospitality organisations, hospitals, educational institutions, NGOs, and other employers to create internship, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities for youth.
- Identify and engage new employers through corporate outreach, networking, and relationship building while understanding their hiring requirements.
- Connect students with career opportunities across the private sector, government employment, apprenticeships, skill development programmes and relevant government schemes.
- Represent Sarthak Foundation at corporate meetings, networking events, career fairs, and industry forums to build partnerships and promote the organisation's programmes and impact.
- Plan and coordinate placement drives, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, employer coordination, onboarding, and placement tracking.
- Track student readiness, provide placement support, and maintain accurate records of students, employer partnerships, job openings, placements, and MIS reports using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Stay updated on employment trends, industry requirements and emerging opportunities to strengthen placement outcomes.

- You either live in Lucknow or belong from somewhere nearby and can relocate to Lucknow quickly.
- Knowledge of the government schemes and other ecosystems around skilling and employment of marginalized youth will be an advantage
- Experience in career counseling or placement will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
