Job Summary:**
ALS Testing Services India Private Limited is seeking an Executive - Maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of mechanical equipment and manage gas cylinder inventory. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and safety within our facilities.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on various mechanical equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage the inventory, storage, and handling of gas cylinders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and gas cylinder storage areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or procurement of spare parts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and stock levels.
- Implement and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and protocols.
Job Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with the safe handling, storage, and management of various gas cylinders.
- Strong understanding of stock management principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in a related engineering field is preferred.
