Responsibilities
- Monitor civil/RCC construction as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
- Monitor concrete, cube testing and material quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Monitor progress, quality and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes and project specifications.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech Civil: 5 years relevant experience.
- Diploma Civil: 8 years relevant experience.
- High-rise/institutional building experience preferred.
Knowledge of IS Codes
- IS 456 – Plain and Reinforced Concrete
- IS 383 – Coarse and Fine Aggregates
- IS 1199 – Fresh Concrete Sampling & Testing
- IS 516 – Tests for Strength of Concrete
- IS 10262 – Concrete Mix Design
- IS 1786 – High Strength Deformed Steel Bars (TMT)
- IS 2062 – Structural Steel
- IS 800 – General Construction in Steel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
