Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand client goals, marketing requirements, and business challenges.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, campaign schedules, and client expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Prepare proposals, briefs, reports, and campaign updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management, preferably in a branding, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, and creative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
