- Sell group trip packages and handle client queries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Follow up on leads and close bookings; hit monthly sales targets
- Book and manage flights, hotels, and transfers with airlines/vendors
- Coordinate between staff, vendors, and clients before, during, and after trips
- Resolve on-the-go issues (delays, changes, overbookings)
- Maintain booking records, itineraries, and travel documents
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
