Identify and develops Mentor, Buddies and Develops processes for Retention of Employees
Provide valuable inputs to managing Employee Relations including Statutory Laws, Labour Laws, Collaboration with Business
Provides On-the-Job Guidance to Managers to manage the performance of staff and maximize employee engagement
Ensure and monitor compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements
Resolve Employee Grievances and Indiscipline through Counseling and Formal Disciplinary Action Processes
Facilitate Recruitment and Workforce planning Intervention for respective Departments and Regions
Communicate and Implement all Processes, Policies, Programs at Regional Offices
Manage and intimate the relevant HODs on Employee Joining, Leave, Termination, Resignation Details
