We are hiring an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for BPO and other roles
- Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination
- Onboarding, induction & employee documentation
- Employee engagement & query handling
- Performance management, appraisals
- Payroll coordination, HR operations & compliance
- Maintaining HR records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience (BPO experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance & HR operations
- Familiarity with job portals and HR systems
