We are looking for a Customer & Vendor Coordination Executive who can effectively communicate in English and Hindi and manage customer and vendor interactions. The role involves order confirmations, vendor onboarding, price negotiations, and email communications to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers and vendors to coordinate and follow up on orders.
- Confirm customer orders and ensure timely processing.
- Onboard new vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors.
- Send and respond to emails professionally.
- Handle customer and vendor queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of email and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience are welcome.
