Skills Required:
* Proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
* Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, and awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations
* Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cross selling
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Familiar with Microsoft office, Google drive and Google- sheets.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Strong followup skills
* Self motivated, agile and proactive and results oriented
KRAs:
* Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds with coordination with internal teams
* Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
* Communication with domestic & international clients to receive and process orders
* Oversee the accounts of assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently.
* Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and renew contracts with clients.
* Cross-selling and upselling of other products and services
* Maintaining financial health and receivables of customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
* Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, warehousing, customs clearance, and finance to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
