Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, and networking
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth service delivery
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability
- Good understanding of sales process and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Experience in field sales / B2B / B2C is an advantage
- Valid driving license
