Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SD module based on business requirements.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure and maintain Sales Documents, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Output Determination, Credit Management, and Availability Check (ATP).
Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.
Collaborate with the SAP ABAP team for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflow developments.
Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Prepare configuration documents, process documentation, and user manuals.
Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Experience
SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience is mandatory.
ECC to S/4HANA Migration project experience will be an added advantage.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project experience will be an added advantage.
Minimum one end-to-end SAP Implementation project preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
Hands-on expertise in Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Credit Management, Output Determination, ATP, and Route Determination.
Strong knowledge of Business Partner (BP), Customer Master, Material Master, Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, Divisions, and Sales Document Types.
Experience in integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and Logistics Execution (LE).
Experience in preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with the ABAP development team for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Sales business processes, IDOCs, APIs, and EDI integrations will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Information Technology, MCA, MBA, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
