Job Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in recruitment consultancy hiring. Candidates must have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across different profiles.
Only candidates from consultancy/recruitment agency background should apply. Applications from non-recruitment consultancy backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment coordination
- Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Initial HR screening and follow-up calls
- Candidate communication through email and phone
- Maintaining recruitment records and trackers
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening experience
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional email and phone handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and hiring processes
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory consultancy/recruitment agency background
- Jaipur-based candidates preferred
