Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive – Solar to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, understanding their solar energy requirements, and providing suitable solar solutions. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for solar products and solutions.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Explain solar system benefits, ROI, savings, and technical advantages to customers.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with solar industry trends, government schemes, and market developments.
- Coordinate with installation and customer support teams for smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical concepts is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (solar industry experience preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in renewable energy may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
