Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with student leads generated through various platforms
- Explain courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures
- Schedule counselling sessions and walk-ins
- Maintain lead records and follow-up data
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Experience in telecalling/counselling preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
