Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.
Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹49,154.37 per month
