We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Introduce company services and explain offerings.
- Qualify leads and maintain lead records.
- Schedule meetings for the sales/business team.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Update daily call reports and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up with prospects.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
