Position Title- Manager - Strategic Alliances & Government Liaison
Location: Head Office- Delhi (Mohan Estate) (with frequent travel to Administrative Hubs)
Reporting To: CEO - Rozana Foundation

Job Purpose
The Strategic Alliances & Liaison Manager will be the primary face of the Rozana Foundation Trust to the government and corporate sectors. The role involves building high-
level relationships with bureaucrats, facilitating critical meetings in professional settings
(hotels, offices), and driving business development through strategic partnerships and CSR grants.
Key Responsibilities
Government Liaison & Advocacy:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior bureaucrats, department heads, and administrative officials.

Facilitate the smooth movement of files, approvals, and MoUs between the Foundation and government bodies.

Represent the Foundation's interests in policy-level discussions and departmental meetings.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

Identify and pursue opportunities for "business" generation for the foundation, including CSR funding, government contracts, and service-based partnerships.

Develop high-impact proposals and pitch decks for corporate boards and high-net-worth donors.

Stay updated on CSR regulations and government schemes relevant to the Foundation’s mission.
Executive Meeting Management:
- Organize and host high-level stakeholder meetings at hotels and premium venues.

Manage the protocol, hospitality, and logistics for visits by senior officials or corporate dignitaries.

Ensure all interactions reflect the professionalism and prestige of the Rozana Foundation Trust.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, MBA (Marketing/ Public Relations), or Master of Social Work (MSW).
Experience: Proven track record in Liaisoning, Public Relations, or Corporate Affairs.
Language: Exceptional command over English and the local regional language (essential for bureaucratic interaction).
Core Competencies
Diplomacy & Tact: Ability to navigate complex social and political hierarchies.
Executive Presence: High level of grooming and social etiquette suitable for even a five-star environment.
Persuasion Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and close "business" deals.
Logistics Oversight: Keen eye for detail in organizing high-stakes corporate events.
