Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing and campaign activities
- Should be able to do campaigns through Whatsapp, SMS, RCS, email etc.
- Develop campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, design, and content for smooth campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
- Create campaign briefs, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaign communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools/platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, BFSI, or corporate environments is an added advantage
- Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media campaigns
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
